Graduated in design, with User Experience (UX/UI) as the core craft — the work of understanding how a person truly feels when they use something. That same lens exposed a hard truth about the refurbished-gadget industry: not every unboxed or used device should be put up for sale, yet it routinely is. Poor-quality units get listed as "like new," and the customer is left dissatisfied — paying for a promise the product never keeps. NewAsNew exists to end that. Our vision is deliberately strict: we sell only what genuinely qualifies, not everything we can source. If a device does not earn it, it does not reach you.

With a Master's in Psychology, the focus is on a question most stores overlook: what does a customer actually want? The easy answer is "a big discount." The real answer is satisfaction — the quiet confidence that what arrived is exactly what was promised. A discount fades the moment a product disappoints; trust does not. Every part of the NewAsNew experience — honest condition ratings, clear warranties, no inflated claims — is built around that deeper need: not just to sell for less, but to leave every customer genuinely satisfied.

Our Story

We Were Tired of Getting Cheated.

So we built the solution ourselves.

In 2020, our founder bought a "certified refurbished" headphone online — it arrived with a cracked inner driver, 40% battery health, and no accessories. The seller had four-star ratings and a thousand reviews.

That experience started everything. Instead of complaining, we opened our own store in Prayagraj that same year — selling certified pre-owned gadgets face to face, where a customer could hold the device, ask questions, and hold us accountable in person. That store went on to serve more than 12,400 happy customers offline. In 2024 we incorporated NextG Serve Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi, built specifically for re-commerce, and after two further years of research into exactly where buyers get let down, we launched NewAsNew for all of India.

Today, NextG Serve Pvt. Ltd. operates NewAsNew from New Delhi, certifying over 668 products and shipping to 20,000+ pincodes across India. Every single product has passed our 50-point quality check. Not a single customer has ever received a fake.
