An Unboxed product means the original box has been opened — but the device itself has never been actively used. This includes retail return opens, gift returns, and display units. The device is in 100% working condition with all original accessories.

Grade A Certified means the product has been previously owned, then thoroughly tested and approved by our team. It must score 95–100% on our 50-point quality check. You can expect very minor cosmetic wear (micro scratches at most, not visible at arm's length) but full functional performance.

We carry Sony, Apple, Canon, Nikon, Samsung, Bose, Sennheiser, JBL, Panasonic, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and more. All products are sourced from authorized vendors, corporate IT refresh programmes, and verified retail channels. Zero grey market.

Yes, 100%. We source only from authorized vendors and verified channels. If any product is ever proven non-authentic, we will refund you 2× your purchase price. This guarantee has never been triggered in our entire operating history.

The condition percentage (e.g., 97%) is our objective score from the 50-point quality check. 100% = Unboxed, never used. 97–99% = Grade A with very minor cosmetic marks. 95–96% = Grade A with light signs of use. We never list anything below 95%.

Every device goes through 50 specific checkpoints before we list it. These include: physical inspection (screen, body, ports, buttons, speakers), performance tests (battery health, processing speed, connectivity), software verification (no locks, clean IMEI), and accessory verification. Any fail = not listed.

Our in-house certified technicians in Delhi perform every quality check. We do not outsource QC. Each technician is trained on our proprietary 50-point checklist and signs off on every certification.

For smartphones and laptops, we check and report battery health. Unboxed products are 100% battery health. Grade A products are minimum 85% battery health (most are 90%+). The exact health is shown on the product page.

Only the top devices qualify for our store. For Grade A, just 2 in 10 submitted devices earn certification. For Unboxed, every unit is individually inspected and verified as new-condition with all original accessories intact. This selective approach is intentional — it ensures every listed product genuinely meets our standards.

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 1–2 business days. Tier 2 cities: 2–3 business days. Tier 3 and remote areas: 3–5 business days. All products are shipped from our Delhi warehouse.

Yes, delivery is free on all orders across India — all 20,000+ pincodes we serve.

Yes! We offer Partial COD on most orders. Pay a small advance online (typically 10–20% of order value) and the balance in cash on delivery. This protects both buyer and seller, reduces failed deliveries, and keeps service fast. Full COD is available on select low-value orders. Maximum order value: ₹1,50,000.

Yes. You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships, typically within 6 hours of placing the order. You can also track from your account page.

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery — easy and hassle-free. The product must be in the same condition as delivered. We cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to a quality issue. Full refund within 3–5 business days.

All NewAsNew products carry NewAsNew Assured 6-month warranty covering all hardware defects. Unboxed products additionally carry the Brand's original warranty running at the same time — meaning double coverage. Grade A products carry NewAsNew Assured warranty only.

If any product you purchase from us is proven to be non-authentic (fake/counterfeit), we will refund you twice (2×) your purchase price. This guarantee reflects our absolute confidence in our sourcing standards. It has never been triggered.

Photograph the damage and WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost and pick up the damaged item — easy resolution, fast response.

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of payment security). We do not store any card details.

Yes, EMI is available on credit cards from HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, and others. 6, 12, and 18 month options are available on orders above ₹5,000. No-cost EMI available on select products.
