How to Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 79822 35917) or email (hello@newasnew.in) with your order number and reason for return.
- Whatever the reason for return, we arrange a FREE pickup from your address within 48 hours.
- Changed your mind? That is okay too — return pickup is FREE for personal-reason returns as well. Just keep the device in original condition with all accessories and box.
- Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
What Can Be Returned
