2. Why We Collect It

  • To process your orders — payment, shipping, invoicing, GST records
  • To support you — answer queries, handle returns, warranty claims

  • Couriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.) — name, address, phone for delivery
  • Payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree) — for processing payments securely. They handle card data; we don't store it.

  • Service providers (Hostinger, email service, SMS gateway) — under strict confidentiality agreements

4. How We Protect Your Data

  • SSL encryption on the entire website (https)
  • Passwords are hashed — even we can't see your raw password
  • Payment data not stored — handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree)
  • Limited access — only authorised staff can view your information, on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular security audits on our hosting and database

5. Cookies

7. Data Retention

  • Order records: kept for at least 8 years (Indian tax law requirement)
  • Account data: kept until you delete your account
  • Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe
  • Anonymous analytics: kept indefinitely

8. Children's Privacy

NewAsNew is not intended for users under 18. If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we'll delete it promptly. Parents/guardians can contact us if they believe their child has shared data with us.

9. International Transfers
