How to Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 79822 35917) or email (hello@newasnew.in) with your order number and reason for return.
- If the return is due to a quality issue, we will arrange free pickup within 48 hours.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (changed mind), securely pack the device and ship it to our Delhi address. Shipping cost is yours for personal-reason returns.
- Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
What Can Be Returned
- ✅ Products with quality issues — free pickup, full refund
- ✅ Products not matching their listed description — free pickup, full refund
- ✅ Products damaged in transit — photograph within 24 hours, free pickup, full refund
- ✅ Personal reasons (changed mind) — within 7 days, device in original condition, shipping at your cost
What Cannot Be Returned
- ❌ Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- ❌ Products with customer-caused physical damage (drops, liquid, etc.)
- ❌ Products with missing accessories that were included at time of delivery
- ❌ Products with tampered serial numbers or IMEI
