This is a contract between you (the buyer) and NextG Serve Pvt. Ltd. (operating as NewAsNew, website newasnew.in). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

NewAsNew is operated by NextG Serve Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India. We sell certified Unboxed and Grade A Certified gadgets through our 50-point quality check process.

2. What You're Buying

  • Unboxed — Box-opened but never used. 100% functional, all accessories present, original brand warranty active.
  • Grade A — Certified pre-owned, 95–99% condition. Only 2 in 10 submitted units make it into Grade A.

If you receive something different from what was described, contact us within 24 hours and we'll fix it (replacement, refund, or partial credit at your choice).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices in INR, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI (6/12/18 months on eligible cards), and Partial COD.
  • Prices can change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • If a price is obviously wrong (typo, e.g., MacBook at ₹999), we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free pan-India delivery on all orders. Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.
  • We ship via tracked couriers — tracking link sent via SMS & email.
  • Always inspect the tamper-evident seal before signing. If the seal is broken, refuse delivery and contact us — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the courier hands over the package.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • 7-day easy returns from delivery date. Product must be in same condition as delivered, with all accessories.
  • Return shipping is free if return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective). Otherwise customer pays return courier (~₹150–300).
  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the product back, via original payment method (NEFT/UPI for Partial COD).

6. Warranty

All products carry NewAsNew Assured Warranty for 6 months from purchase date. Unboxed products additionally carry the brand's original warranty.

Grade A buyers can purchase Extended Warranty at the time of order:

  • +6 months → 7% of product price
  • +12 months → 12% of product price

Coverage: Manufacturing defects and internal hardware failures only. Excluded: physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, theft, software issues, batteries, chargers, adapters, and other consumables/accessories.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on newasnew.in (logo, design, text, photos, product descriptions) is owned by NextG Serve Pvt. Ltd. or our partners. You may browse and share product links, but you may not copy our content for commercial use without permission.

8. Account & Conduct

If you create an account, keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraud, abuse, or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (loss of data, business loss, etc.). Nothing in these terms excludes liability where Indian consumer protection law makes it unlawful to do so.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of 104, First Floor, Mansarovar Building, Plaza 90, Nehru Place, South Delhi, New Delhi – 110019. Before going to court, please contact us — we resolve almost everything informally.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
