Battery health as a percentage. It is the component that decides whether a laptop feels usable, it cannot be judged from a photograph, and it is the question resellers most reliably deflect.

What to check yourself in the first 24 hours

Even from a good seller, verify. Your return window is short and it starts immediately.

Should I buy a refurbished laptop with 7th Gen Intel?
