1. iPhone 13 at Rs 30,390 — the one to buy

This is the point in the range where price stops falling as fast as capability does, which is the definition of a value pick.

The A15 chip is still comfortably fast for everything in 2026 — it is the same generation Apple used in the iPhone 14. The camera has sensor-shift stabilisation borrowed from the previous year Pro Max, which is the single biggest reason its photos hold up. And the battery is meaningfully better than the iPhone 12, which is the most common complaint we hear about that model.

Buy this if you want one phone that will not need thinking about for three or four years.

2. iPhone 12 at Rs 21,990 — the value entry

At Rs 21,990 this is the cheapest way into a modern iPhone with 5G, Face ID, an OLED screen and a good camera. The A14 chip handles everything most people do.

Be clear-eyed about the trade-off: battery life is the iPhone 12 weak point, and on a four-year-old device that matters twice over. Check the battery health figure before buying and budget for a replacement if it is below 85%.

3. iPhone 14 at Rs 34,990 — the newest here

Over the 13 you get Crash Detection, a slightly better front camera, improved low-light photography and Photonic Engine processing, plus one more year of update runway. The chip is the same A15 with one extra GPU core.

Whether that is worth Rs 4,600 over the iPhone 13 is a genuine judgement call. If you keep phones five years, yes. If you upgrade every three, the 13 is the better buy.

4. iPhone 12 Pro at Rs 34,490 — the camera outlier

The only phone under Rs 35,000 here with a telephoto lens and LiDAR. If optical zoom matters to you — portraits, performances, travel — this gets you a third camera that no other phone at this price does.

The cost is that it uses the older A14 and, being a Pro, it has a stainless steel frame that makes it heavier. Battery is the same concern as the standard 12.

5 and 6. The Minis: iPhone 12 Mini at Rs 19,990 and 13 Mini at Rs 28,490

Apple no longer makes small phones, which makes these the last of their kind and quietly desirable if you actually want one.

The important difference between them is battery. The 12 Mini small battery is its known weakness; the 13 Mini improved substantially on it. If you want a small iPhone you will use all day, pay the extra for the 13 Mini. If you want the cheapest iPhone on this page and you are near a charger, the 12 Mini is Rs 19,990.

What to check before you buy any refurbished iPhone

  1. Battery health as a percentage. Settings, Battery, Battery Health. We record it during the 50-point check. Below 85%, plan for a replacement.
  2. Parts and Service History in Settings, General, About — iOS flags non-genuine screens and batteries here.
  3. Face ID tested in front of you. A common failure on repaired units and expensive to fix.
  4. The IMEI checked on Apple coverage page to confirm the model and that it is not activation-locked.
  5. A GST invoice. Without one there is no warranty claim and no return.

Who should NOT buy a refurbished iPhone under Rs 35,000

  • Heavy mobile gamers. An A14 or A15 handles current games, but if you play demanding titles for hours the sustained performance and thermals of a newer phone are noticeably better.
  • Anyone who needs the best camera at this price. Android phones at Rs 30,000 have more capable camera hardware on paper. iPhone wins on video, consistency and longevity, not on specification.
  • Anyone who wants seven more years of updates. These phones launched in 2020 to 2022. They have meaningful support life left but not as much as a new phone.
  • Anyone who cannot tolerate any cosmetic mark. Grade A Certified means restored and fully functional, not factory-new.
  • Anyone buying purely on price from an unverified seller. The post-launch period floods the market with unchecked units. Rs 3,000 saved becomes Rs 12,000 spent.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best refurbished iPhone under Rs 35,000 in India?

The iPhone 13 at Rs 30,390. It has the A15 chip, sensor-shift stabilised camera, the best battery of the 6.1-inch models in this band, and several years of iOS updates remaining.

Is a refurbished iPhone 12 still worth buying in 2026?

At Rs 21,990, yes, as an entry into iOS with 5G and Face ID. Its weak point is battery capacity, so check the health percentage and factor a replacement into your budget if it is below 85%.

How long will these iPhones get iOS updates?

Apple typically supports iPhones with major iOS updates for around five to seven years from launch, with security updates continuing beyond. An iPhone 13 or 14 has meaningful support remaining. Apple publishes no fixed end date, so treat any specific year as an estimate.

What does Grade A Certified mean?

Previously owned, restored and fully functional, with only minor cosmetic marks. Every unit passes our 50-point check — 14 test areas for smartphones — and comes with a 6-month NewAsNew Assured Warranty, 7-day returns and a GST invoice. Only 2 to 3 out of every 10 devices reaching our bench pass; the rest go back to the supplier.

Can I get EMI on a refurbished iPhone?

Yes. No-cost and low-cost EMI is available through Razorpay on cards, and UPI and netbanking are supported for full payment. Bajaj Finserv EMI is not supported.

Do refurbished iPhones come with a charger?

Apple stopped including chargers with iPhones from the iPhone 12 onward, so a charger is not part of the original retail package for any phone on this page. A cable is included. Ask on WhatsApp what a specific unit ships with.
