We want buying from NewAsNew to feel risk-free. Our 7-day return policy is real — no tricks, no difficult-to-meet conditions. Here’s exactly how it works in practice.

When Can You Return?

Any of these situations qualify for a return within 7 days of delivery:

  • Product is not as described (different model, wrong specs, different condition than listed)
  • Product has a defect not mentioned in the listing
  • Product stopped working within 7 days (manufacturing defect)
  • You changed your mind (yes, this is covered too — product must be in the same condition as received)

What Does NOT Qualify for Return

  • Physical damage caused by you after delivery (drops, liquid, etc.)
  • Return requests after 7 days (covered instead by our warranty process)
  • Products without original packaging/accessories (for mind-change returns)
  • Products that were listed as “sold as-is” with specific disclosed conditions

The Return Process, Step by Step

Step 1: WhatsApp us at +91 79822 35917 (Mon–Sat 9 AM–7 PM) with your order number and the reason for return. Photos or a short video of the issue help speed things up.

Step 2: We confirm eligibility within 24 hours (usually much faster).

Step 3: If the return is due to our error — we arrange free pickup from your doorstep, usually within 1–2 business days.

Step 4: Product arrives back at our facility. We inspect it within 1 business day of receipt.

Step 5: Refund initiated within 24 hours of inspection. Processing time depends on payment method (see below).

Refund Timelines

Payment Method Refund Timeline
UPI 1–2 business days
Credit/Debit Card 5–7 business days (card network processing)
Net Banking 3–5 business days
Partial COD / COD 3–5 business days via NEFT/UPI to your bank

After 7 Days — The Warranty Kicks In

If a defect appears after the 7-day return window, it’s covered by our NewAsNew Assured Warranty for 6 months from purchase. The process is similar: WhatsApp → we diagnose → free pickup → repair or replacement → returned to you. Typical turnaround: 7–10 business days.

A Note on Our Approach

Returns are how we learn what to do better. We don’t view a return as a loss — we view it as information. Every returned product tells us something: about our listing descriptions, our QC process, or our packaging. We’d rather handle a return well than have a customer silently unhappy.
